Hot Chicken Salad

Marinate chicken breast in:
soy sauce (sparingly used!)
Sambal Olek
Teaspoon of honey
Garlic

Prepare Salad

Roughly chop:
Basil
Roquet
Mint

Finely chop:
Chilli
Lemon Grass

Crushed clove garlic
Quartered (or divided further if big) tomato
Squeeze half a lime over the top

Cook chicken in hot oil on griddle. Add to Salad.
